To Change your Life, Change your Beliefs with EFT

All beliefs are inherited and negative ones can be identified and changed with correct understanding. Negative beliefs rule every aspect of our lives and will be sent down to our children and their children too whether we like it or not. Or so used to be the case.
By identifying every belief system that is out of alignment with our truth we can begin to understand what is holding us back from our dreams. By living in fear then we see that we have belief systems that are out of harmony with our true selfs. Our true self is that of peace, truth, joy, love etc.
We are brought up to believe things whether we think they make sense or not if we were to stop and think about them. These beliefs are so deeply rooted or emotionally tied to our sense of what is true that we never even question their validity. Those that do try to question it often find them rooted deeply with strong emotional ties that are difficult to break.
If we could identify and erase every negative belief then the changes to our life would be remarkable. Without self imposed barriers to emotional, financial, spiritual, mental and physical health we would soon exceed our wildest dreams of creation. (Not to mention the development of sixth senses or ESP). By living at this level of neutrality we will have no resistance to creative ideas and intentions so they will be able to manifest quickly in our physical lives.
Identifying the roots of some beliefs will be easier than others. For instance if your parent, teacher, peer, mentor repeatedly told you that you are not worthy then you will soon believe it no matter how much sense it doesnt make.
More complicated beliefs can be identified by becoming more consciously aware of your life at every moment. If you feel fear at any time all you have to do is stop and identify the distinctions that make the fear a reality. Ask yourself this question - What would I have to believe is true in order for me to feel this way?
In the above example you would have to believe that your parent/teacher knows exactly who is worthy and who is not for you to feel the way you do. Is that really true? Of course not, they are only giving you their negative interpretation of their own experience. Dont be mad though, they are probably just trying to protect in the only way they know how. Its not their fault, they have their own set of crazy beliefs too!
If you have identified these negative beliefs but are struggling to remove them with this method, the Emotional Freedom Technique is a powerful tool used to remove the emotional strength from such beliefs. Once the emotional sting is taken out of the beliefs and associated memories then you can release the belief and choose new powerful ones to become centered to your true self.
